Mitte 2023 schloss Sarco die erste Runde der technischen Instrumententests in Rotterdam in den Niederlanden ab.<\/p>\n
Von diesem Zeitpunkt an wurden die Tests bis eine Woche vor dem Umzug von Sarco in die Schweiz fortlaufend durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n
Die Tests wurden mit einer Reihe von Instrumenten durchgef\u00fchrt (niemals an “Laborratten”).<\/p>\n
Der Sauerstoffgehalt wurde \u00fcber mehrere Testrunden hinweg kontinuierlich analysiert, um zu best\u00e4tigen, dass er in zuverl\u00e4ssiger und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Weise innerhalb von etwa 60 Sekunden auf < 0 abf\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n
Der Zustand von Null-Sauerstoff wurde konsequent \u00fcberwacht, um zu best\u00e4tigen, dass er bis zu 15 Minuten lang beibehalten werden w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n
Dies sind die grundlegenden Kriterien, die erforderlich sind, um einen friedlichen und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Tod des Benutzers im Inneren zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n
Ein wichtiger Aspekt des Testregimes war, dass der Erfinder des Sarco, Philip Nitschke, selbst erleben konnte, wie der Sarco von innen funktioniert.<\/p>\n
Im Mai 2024 trug Philip Nitschke eine mit Sauerstoff gef\u00fcllte Nasensonde. Er legte sich in den Sarco, dr\u00fcckte den gr\u00fcnen Aktivierungsknopf und erlebte am eigenen Leib den Durchfluss des Stickstoffgases.<\/p>\n
Nach diesem Experiment berichtete er, dass er den Eintritt des Gases in die Kapsel kaum sp\u00fcrte. Er sagte, er k\u00f6nne sich gut vorstellen, wie beruhigend ein sch\u00f6ner Blick aus dem Fenster des Sarco sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n
