The use of the Sarco is governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Use is restricted to adults of sound mind.

That is, people who are assessed by a medical professional as having mental capacity.

The user of the Sarco must be able to activate the flow of the liquid nitrogen him/herself.

As the providers of the Sarco, The Last Resort Association is altruistic in its motives and non profit in its operation.

There is no cost for the use of the Sarco.
